God of the whole universe
and God of my heart,
help me
expand my vision
beyond the horizon
of the wants and needs
I see before me.
Help me see the universe,
galaxies,
earth and humanity
in which,
by Your wisdom,
I and we participate.
Help us from time to time
remember
that Your Spirit
breathes
in us.
“Father, I made known to them your name
. . . that the love with which you loved me
may be in them and I in them.” John 17:26
“He breathed on them and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.’” John 20:22

What is the Holy Spirit doing in my life and in your life
– your life and the lives of everyone living and deceased?
That is really the only thing that matters.

How much time we waste on making our “world” the center of our attention when, we are like a speck of dust in the functioning of the universe – God’s world!

Can we fight the force of the God who is love, a force that created the force of gravity, the force of God’s love for us that is pulling us into God?
